Lena Milla

Hi, I'm Lena

designer, dressmaker, and pattern maker. I love simple shapes, natural textures, and thoughtful details. I started LENA MILLA in a small studio in Lagos, Portugal, where every piece is made by me, start to finish.

After a few years in Germany’s fashion industry as a pattern maker, I realized I didn’t want to support making more garments just for the sake of it. Moving to Portugal gave me back the joy of creating, and a few years ago I launched my own label.

All my pieces are made from pre-loved garments, reclaimed or deadstock fabrics. Some exist only once, others in a few sizes depending on the material. I cut and sew each piece with care, letting the fabric lead the way. Working with reclaimed textiles is creative, a little unpredictable, and always full of character.

I love turning what’s already there into something fresh, meaningful, and made to last. Because let’s be real, the world doesn’t need more stuff, it needs pieces you actually love to wear.
