My refund and returns policy on regular priced items lasts 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days have passed since delivery date, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exceptions include damaged items.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to return a defective product, you must send a notification no later than 10 days after delivery and wait for a reply.

To return your product, you must send an email to hello@lenamilla.com to request a return or exchange and wait for a response with further instructions. LENA MILLA is not responsible for returns that do not follow this procedure, as parcels may be lost or sent incorrectly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (and customs) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
